Casa Calle Cabello - Málaga Centro

This magnificent house with minimalist design enjoys an unbeatable location, situated in the historic centre of Malaga, overlooking the San Felipe Neri parish church. The house is divided into 3 floors, with a chill-out terrace with swimming pool on the top floor.

Prinza Construcciones carried out the integral construction of the house, according to the minimalist design of the interior.

Inside the house we find a minimalist design with open loft-like spaces. A spiral staircase runs through the different floors of the house. Tempered glass railings are installed on all the balconies, inside and outside, giving the house greater luminosity and transparency. High-quality porcelain tile, wood, steel, aluminium and glass are also used.
