Prinza has successfully completed the construction of the new multi-purpose care centre on Pablo Ráez Boulevard in Arroyo I, a project promoted by the Marbella Town Hall, which is now ready to welcome the community. With a total surface area of 557.23 m², this centre has been designed with an inclusive approach to offer a wide range of social services that will benefit the residents of the area. Its facilities include workshops, meeting spaces and multi-purpose rooms, as well as an upstairs hall for community activities and events.
The building has been developed following the specifications provided by the Marbella Town Hall, ensuring that each space is optimised to meet the needs of the users, with the aim of promoting citizen participation and social wellbeing. Its modern and adaptable design will allow the centre to become a meeting point for the community, facilitating activities ranging from community meetings and events to educational, recreational and social support programmes.
The completion of this project reflects not only Prinza’s commitment and excellence, but also the vision to create a multifunctional space that promotes development and social cohesion in Marbella. Now, the multi-purpose care centre is ready to become a benchmark in the provision of services to the residents of Arroyo I, providing a modern and welcoming environment where community ties will be strengthened and the well-being of its users will be promoted.
