With a total surface area of 557.23 m\u00b2, this centre has been designed with an inclusive approach to offer a wide range of social services that will benefit the residents of the area. Its facilities include workshops, meeting spaces and multi-purpose rooms, as well as an upstairs hall for community activities and events.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The building has been developed following the specifications provided by the Marbella Town Hall, ensuring that each space is optimised to meet the needs of the users, with the aim of promoting citizen participation and social wellbeing. Its modern and adaptable design will allow the centre to become a meeting point for the community, facilitating activities ranging from community meetings and events to educational, recreational and social support programmes.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The completion of this project reflects not only Prinza&#8217;s commitment and excellence, but also the vision to create a multifunctional space that promotes development and social cohesion in Marbella. Now, the multi-purpose care centre is ready to become a benchmark in the provision of services to the residents of Arroyo I, providing a modern and welcoming environment where community ties will be
